I saw Dr. Zundel after I fell in a garage and broke my nose. The doc at Overlake Urgent Care made the referral, saying the x-ray showed an earlier break that had gone untreated. I saw. Zundel for about 10 mins. He asked if I was unhappy with how my nose looked. No, aside from it still being a bit swollen He said there was no need to operate, If problems arose later, we can address them then.

A neart-perfect visit to a doctor-- no surgery!

Dr. Zundel has been my specialist for 20+ years. Without him, I would likely be deaf by now, or most certainly not able to work or be an active part of society. His staff is well-organized, maybe not the most patient, but get the job done. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. The doctor and staff made every effort to accommodate my painful "emergencies". Dr. Zundel takes the time to inform as well as treat. He is more than experienced as a doctor, he is compassionate, and the best!

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I definitely liked how many treatment options I was presented with here. They didn't recommend surgery too quickly and really wanted to try other treatments first. Dr. Zundell is awesome. No longer have constant sinus infections nor migraines daily. He is very caring and sensitive, kind, not pushy. Excellent in his field.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Yes, I was completely at ease

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.
