I found the staff friendly and personable. Facility has some age, but technology was highly implemented. My Internist warned me on referral that Dr. Peckler was a bit peculiar and he wasn't exactly wrong - I could see how some might find him so. He wheeled his laptop and trolley into the exam room and spent quite a while reviewing my data: meds, history, lab results. He pecked at the keyboard and added data, and then he asked me question after question in his quest for understanding what exactly was going on with me. Afterwards, he addressed me directly and completely, but was not overly explanatory, though I asked no questions at that time. My only complaint? Needs longer fingers, like my endocrinologist. Long story short - I felt what I call 'doctored' in the way that is rare in these sped up and chaotic times.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Dr. Peckler was running over an hour behind schedule, forcing me to sit in the waiting room (when I could have been at work). When I asked the front office to send my records to a urologist in town (who is actually qualified) they refused to help me. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. RUN, don't walk, from this urology office and find a staff who is professional.
