Went through extraordinarily hard time but made it through because of Dr. Bot. He is a professional and knew what he was doing. I made it through because of his skill at identifying what was happening to me and then treating me with medicine, talking and reassuring I was going to be ok and he would even call to check on me on weekends at my worst point. He was definitely not compassionate in superficial way, but in a professional understated manner.

As a professional myself, I find Dr. Bot to be ultimate professional while also being concerned mixed with compassion. He has definite boundaries for his patients but they are all reasonable and he holds himself to a high standard. He is very responsive and makes the time we have during our appointment count which is important to me. No time is wasted. He starts early so there are less people and feels more private and confidential. Finally I got a no show charge once and did not like having to pay, but I respect Dr.Bot and I realized by not showing up, he was not able to let another person in at my time slot. My bad and it has not happened again!

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite.They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
