My 4 year old daughter broke her elbow, our family physician referred us to another orthopaedic that told us it would be 4 days till they could get her in. We decided to find another doctor on our own. Dr. French was getting ready to go into surgery on a day he doesn't normally do office visits. They called us back as he said "Kids come first, I will delay the surgery to get her taken care of". He is sincerely cares about his patient's well being. I would recommend him any day!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. Dr. French and his staff have always been my go-to for help with my old bones. He has performed 3 surgeries on me in 10 years, fixing what I have abused over my working carrier. And I am making plans with him to do another one. He understands pain management and has the care of his patients foremost. I never feel like I am part of his or his staff’s paycheck. .

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
