I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional.
