My father is a patient at this clinic and I can't say enough about how wonderfully he's been taken care of. For anyone who's had to take care of an older family member with complex medical problems, I'm sure you know how hard it can be to find a primary care provider who's always willing to help work through those issues and Dr. Phan has been there for him.
