By the time I had met Dr Krauss I was 55 years and had experience navigating the Doctor/Patient world. My experiences had always been okay but lacking. My experience with Dr Krauss has been so different because I know I only have to talk and I feel I have an advocate who will take time to listen and value my insight into my health situation. He connects and communicates calm which leaves room for constructive health planning. Very Rare, especially as I age and will inevitably have more and more health issues to navigate. He constructs his medical practice to help his patients and not the insurance providers.

40 yrs. ago, Dr. K. treated my Mom-in-law in the hospital. Even though I was there every day, he called me every night with an update. I was so impressed, I have been with him ever since! I also figured with him being so young, he would outlast me and I would never have to go looking for another Dr. !!! We just celebrated our 40th year in a doctor/patient relationship. He never rushes me, is knowledgeable, and does not hesitate to send me to a specialist when that action is necessary! Thank you, Dr. Krauss.

To the best of my memory have been going to see Dr. Krause ( DOC )
for 38 years.

I can not imagine having better care or a better partner with my health.

41 years ago, I needed a family doctor and Dr. Krauss had just started his practice in the area. Even in the few years that his name didn't appear on the "preferred provider" list for my health insurance, I continued as his patient and can't imagine ever going elsewhere. He truly understands that medicine involves more than just treating a symptom and works hard to solve the mysteries of the underlying causes of any medical issues. Now that he belongs to the MDVip group, he can spend even more time helping patients optimize their health.

Have been going to this group for 30 years and have always been treated with the utmost respect. Also Dr. Krauss treated my Mother and was her physician until her death at age 93. He always treated her with compassion and caring.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office?
Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!
Does this provider treat every client equally?
Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
