Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Scary, dirty clinic. Very disengaged staff/assistant (I think the Dr. is married to the nurce - same last name). This clinic probably would never pass the uv light test for cleanliness, it was dirty. Dr. did not wash or sanitize his hands neither did the nurse (the wife), and by that point in the experience I was actually afraid to say something. Just a really thrird world experience. Never again will I pass through the smudged doors of this "Ye Olde Barber of York" clinic.

Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could

Yes, I had to reorganize my schedule

No, the staff was very mistreated

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
