Before my visit, I was NOT informed that my eyes would be dialated (mydriasis), which resulted in I was forced to decide between hazardous driving with my impaired vision or waiting at the hosiptal for few hours.The staff at the office didn’t show any compassion to their visitors.Regarding driving with blury vision, she just coldly responded “It’s up to you!” I can only imagine this negligence shown to other visitors as well.
Maureen T O Dea, only gave me a couple of minutes of her time, telling me that I had dry eyes, giving me an eye-drop prescription and led me to the front desk immediately. I was given no chance to ask questions, of which I had several. When I was in the waiting room, I saw her treat anothe another patient in the same manner, rushing the person off after minimal attention, so I guess this must be her standard level of service. Where are the medical ethnics and principles that one expects to see from a doctor? There was negligence and a severe lack of compassion.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
