I have seen Dr. Blaylock twice before for surgery to eye/eyelid stemming from radiation damage to the skin beneath one of my eyes. Mine was a pretty unusual situation with an unusual equivocal diagnosis. I'm used to folks kind of scratching their heads at my situation and being a bit stumped, but he was matter of fact and confident. He grafted skin from upper lid to lower lid to help my eye close properly again, and the results in both cases were spectacular. Almost no visible scar lines in an area where the skin is extra delicate and in my case even more prone to damage. Cannot recommend him more highly. His skill borders on artistry as much as technical skill.

The staff on 7/22/15 was most unprofessional and rude. Never even saw doctor. My husband owns a very large company in this area and would never let his staff be as curt / rude as the women in this office.

Dr. Blaylock is a thorough and personable medical provider. He was able to resolve my problem of tearing following chemotherapy after three other ophthalmologists were unable to do so. He does not limit the amount of time he spends with a patient, and does not try to see so many patients that waiting time is more than a few minutes.

Initially, the receptionist, Mrs. Braylock, was very pleasant with my husband and I, and throughout the waiting process, I noticed she was also pleasant and efficient with other clients, plus dealing with other clients on the phone. Dr B's manner made me feel comfortable from the beginning of the visit; he included my husband in all conversations, and explained the procedure with words and graphics in a friendly and calm manner. Both my husband and I felt informed and confident after the consult. I also had need of some help with my paperwork, and Mrs. B went out of her way to help me get it straightened out. I truly appreciated how she so graciously handled my goof up!
