In 2002 when I first started taking my three children there they were a small practice and absolutely wonderful!!! But over the past three years things have changed: from record keeping, practice regulations, to even the way they approach their patients and diagnosis them. The new office staff is not familiar with HIPAA laws, resulting in multiple issues and have had MANY issues transferring medical records. It seems that some of the staff are lacking common sense and can't do simple requests efficiently, correctly, or timely.

IWhile the doctors are good, I've had a few issues with them, such as wrong diagnosis. I would INSIST that they were wrong to their face and they would argue with me....only to find out later that I as the parent was correct the whole time.

The one and only thing that I can say good about them now is that they have a very low turnover in staff. The same nurses that are there now, have been there entire 10 years we have. And those that were new hires, stayed long periods of time or are still there.

In my opinion they have just gotten too big for themselves and can't handle the workload due to poor management.

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted
