I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. This pediatrician had two separate rooms for "sick" and "well" children. You could tell that they really went the extra mile in making sure that the healthy children didn't catch anything. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. After my child's appointment here, I told all my friends looking for a good pediatrician about them. They have a real talent working with children. Not only did they answer all of my questions, they also emphasized preventative care and informed me about child safety and nutrition. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable they were.

The physicianas are very professional and knowledgeable. It is nice to be able to make an appiontment for my child within one or two hours notice if they are ill and even on Saturdays. They are great.

The one concern I have is that the nurses never wash their hands or wear gloves. This bothers me. I had a nurse take my son's blood recently and not wear gloves. I was very nervous.

I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them.
