They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They sometimes rushed me in and out of the office. He wasn't the absolute worst psychiatrist I've ever seen, but I would like to get more out of the sessions for the amount they cost. Mostly he just smiled and wrote things in my file. He didn't provide any helpful suggestions or bring up any topics to talk about.
