This office was incredibly un-organized - the appointment making process was difficult and took forever. That would have been fine, if they had not managed to lose my appointment before I could actually get to the office a couple of weeks later. Not only did they lose my appointment - but htey wew completely unapologetic and did not even offer to re-schedule me. I will never even think about using this office/practice again. Un professional at the best

I felt like the advice they were giving me was very biased. It didn't feel like they had my best interest at heart. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. It really bothers me that every time I visit them, I have to re-explain why I'm there and my situation, because they never remember. It makes me feel like they don't listen to me while I'm there. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed.

Never, they are very reliable.

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. Their offices was one of the easiest places to locate ever. I found it in minutes. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention.
