I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I will absolutely return. I had a wonderful experience, as always, I've been seeing Dr. Maraist for 20+ years. Dr. Maraist is a wonderful doctor, she is very caring, compassionate and has the best bedside manners of any doctor that I've ever had. She treats you like family. I also, like that the her staff are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

Every time I went to see Dr. Maraist, I waited at least 30 minutes in the waiting room, and at least 35 minutes for her to actually show up once I'd been seen by her nurse. One time, I was there for 3 hours total. It was ridiculous. She was a nice enough doctor, but inconsiderate of my time. She never apologized for making me wait...repeatedly...for outrageous amounts of time.
When I went in for pre-term labor (at her office's instruction), I racked up about $1,000 extra in fees because she would not respond to calls from the nurses or come by to let me be released from the hospital. I was there much longer than I needed to be, and I was charged a LOT for it.

No, its really far from the freeway and other shops
