I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
