They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
The staff is friendly and Dr.N is very personable.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy.
