Dr. Maser is far and away the best doctor I have ever seen, and I'm 50 years old. Her mind is lightening fast but she makes sure she explains your situation methodically and thoroughly. She is very honest and direct, has an incredible bedside manner, and is utterly devoted to the well being of her patients. There aren't sufficient superlatives to describe how outstanding she is. Her fast thinking and dedication saved my life. She followed me to the ER after a Doppler of my leg revealed a DVT. She was supposed to be off of work hours earlier but she stayed with me and communicated with my husband as well. It turned out that I had multiple lung emboli; she called in a team of experts and together, they saved my life. Her staff is also very friendly and knowledgable; I have never before looked forward to going to an OB/GYN but these people are top flight. The wait times can be fluctuate, but it's because she will divert her time/attention to patients who are having emergencies. She's a total rock star, I'd camp out over night in her very comfortable waiting room if I had to without so much as a whimper...bring your ipad and surf, she's got wifi, and she is totally worth the wait if there is a queue on the day of your appointment . Highly recommend!

I followed Dr Maser from another practice when she started her own. She is very caring, and very bright and always on top of the latest developments in her field. She is *the* doctor to see if you have anything going on outside the "annual pap smear". She knows her stuff. She's funny and compassionate but also very serious when the situation requires it. I do not love the long waits, but I take a book and just relax and bear it. For anything surgical, she is the best ob/gyn out there. Additionally she practices at Fairfax which is the place to be if you need a hospital.

Dr Maser is the best. She's compassionate, caring and extremely knowledgable. Her staff are the best and very thorough.
The wait time can be long sometimes, but when great help is hard to find these days, it's VERY worth the wait.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

I believe Dr Maser is an excellent doctor in many areas. However, her weakness in time management is excessive. I have waited HOURS for each appointment and days-weeks for returned phone calls. Each time there is some "great" reason. But in the end, it is just not practical to deal with a doctor that is in crisis.
