I didn't feel very welcome

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

I would refer my friends and family here.They were always very considerate and professional. They fit me in when I showed up at the wrong time for my appointment due to a mixup. Dr Castro is very thorough and knowledgeable. He r listens. When he found out about and ER visit where improper procedures were followed he became genuinely upset.

Dr. Castro is incompetent in my opinion. He has no bedside manner whatsoever and does not do his due diligence. I would highly recommend against seeking treatment from him.
