I have NEVER been so disgusted with a healthcare provider's bedside manor. My uncle has gone to Dr Bazaco a handful of times and today will certainly be his last visit.

My uncle has chronic lung issues which have been complicated by weight gain. At 56 yrs old he has reluctantly decided to under go bariatric surgery. Dr Bazaco has offered only a dismissive attitude and blatantly offensive remarks in regards to his weight.

Today, during an evaluation my uncle let the doctor know that he was fatigued from all the "running around" to his all appointments, Dr Bazaco sarcastically laughed, "...you've never ran anywhere in your life". This was the doctor's last comment, but unfortunately not the worst.

My uncle has always been a ACTIVE person before and despite his mounting health issues and weight gain. For a healthcare professional to make remarks like a school bus bully is infuriating.

Doctors provide a paid service to you. Do not withstand ignorance or bias because you have been referred, ask for another referral if you are not happy with your service.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

No, they take every concern of mine seriously

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
