I guess I was spoiled with my last doctor, who would actually read my chart before he came in to the room and ask me about past issues, he also shook my hand every time I saw him - not worried about germs, just washed his hands more. You won't find that here. The staff is rude, the doctors are so-so, the NPs in this practice are much better than the doctors. The doctors don't take the time to actually talk to you, just ask you what the computers tell them to ask. They have missed several diagnoses, one was major, almost deadly. I found out that they did not follow up the way they should have, and had they, they may have been able to prevent 3 weeks in ICU.
They seem to be more worried about their timetable, but will leave you waiting in the room for up to an hour before the doctor comes in to see you. Too bad we can't charge them for the time we are taking off work. There is never time enough to talk about any other issues you may have. We are looking for another practice who knows about customer service.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
