As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

I've been going to Dr. Halverson for years and have been very pleased with both his clinical service and customer service in the front office. I would recommend him to others.
