There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I am almost always seen just about as soon as I walk in the door. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. . They are very friendly there. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I rarely had to wait long for them to show up. This DR shows a personal interest in his clients - not just looking to stay on schedule and push as many ppl thru the doors as possible in a singel day. Andwered my questions even when it meant spending a little more time than usual
