The doctor and nursing staff were very professional and friendly and I received excellent care. However, the front office staff lacked any friendliness or understanding. When investigating why I was charged for labwork with a non-participating provider (of my insurance), I was told authoritatively (no "I'm sorry this happened") that it was my responsibility to have asked what lab would be used and to make sure that my insurance would cover it. I have never had that experience of researching what lab my doctor would use or having any option about it. I now have a large bill to pay.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
