I took my kids to 2 other pediatric dermatologists, and Dr. Silverman was the only one that was able to effectively treat their skin condition. I highly recommend him.

Dr Silverman has seen my infant twice and has been VERY helpful and thorough. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He is wonderful. I know why it takes so long to get an appointment (the only downside). Also.. the girl(s) who answer the phones aren't the nicest by far, but don't let that stop you from seeing the Dr, he's the best.

I called this doctor and left an urgent message on his answering machine, as I had a horrific case of poison ivy, and my awful primary care physician REFUSED to give me a prescription for Prednisone, claiming that I DIDN'T have poison ivy, and that I needed to see a dermatologist ASAP to figure what WAS wrong with me. (This, by the way, was a load of baloney, as I definitely had poison ivy!) Anyway, I called this dermatologist immediately after I left my PCP's offie (she had actually recommended him to me), and I left him an urgent message explaining my situation. As I said in the review title, he didn't even bother to return my call, let alone set up an emergency appointment with me. I am NEVER going to try to contact this person again! AWFUL!!!!
