They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The only negative point is that you have to wait quite awhile to get an appointment.

I can imagine no better pediatric dermatologist for my son than Dr. Silverman. He is extremely dedicated, thorough, thoughtful, and caring. He is very knowledgeable, he works hard to stay current on the latest research in the field. HE is very friendly and has been very understanding and patient with all my questions. He engages in discussions with me about my sons condition and respects my role as a concerned mother. I cannot speak highly enough about him.

Their equipment seems to be in fairly good condition. They don't have the newest stuff, but it got the job done. They were friendly enough at this office. I was welcomed but that was about it. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
