This rating is about customer service only...no judgment is made as to the medical skills of the Doctor or staff. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. The office was easy enough to find. BTW, the doctor has extremely bad halitosis...someone should tell him. The receptionists/staff were not very courteous on my call back for a follow-on appointment. Getting information was painful, almost combative...took talking to three folks before I got the information I needed and for appt scheduling, it seemed they cared about their schedule, not mine.
