This practitioner was willing to fit me into her busy schedule when I had been looking for a long time to find a family doctor. Dr. Niemara seems competent and knowledgeable. She is willing to listen and work with someone who has little trust in drugs and medical intervention. She is there for you if you have a real emergency. As with most busy doctors she may need to be reminded of issues from time to time. She is very aware of end of life issues and palliative care. She is also good at preventative care when she has time.
You may have to wait in her waiting room for a spell as she is often very busy.
