They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. He left me in severe pain after attempting to draw fluid from my knee, then a cortisone shot. Then he tells me to take advil. I called his office over the next two days asking what I should do and nobody returned my call. To ice the cak, I get another bill from my insurance company for the mimimal effort that he offered.

The office was easy enough to find. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

this physician has the worst office staff. they never return calls, totally mess up referrals and are overall unpleasant. the staff act very put out when you call to see if your procedure has been scheduled (this is after they have messed up the referral with the insurance company)...unfortunately this physician has lost this patient and family secondary to his staff's poor attitude and performance. he is the overall manager so he needs to clean up what is going on. sadly could not recommend this physician...why pass on the heartburn to others.
