Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Yes
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Sometimes, but most of the time they don't

I love Dr. Later and staff because they will see my child on the day I call. Every time. I have had 16 years of child-rearing and have never had to visit an emergency room or clinic because I can always reach Dr. Later (or one of his partners in an after hour clinic) They interact with both me and my child every time we visit and respect that my children are older now. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. I'd recommend Dr. Later and his nurse practioner, Sueann, to anyone needing health care for their child.
