Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Their office is great, friendly staff... the absolute perfect atmopshere. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me (even though he is a VERY busy OBGYN). All of the risks and benefits of my treatment were explained to me, he is SO professional & you feel comfortable with him right away. He was very thorough and informative. And on top of it all...he's just cool. You will like him as a person 1st & a Dr. 2nd. Wish I had had my 1st baby with him!!!!

They made sure to find out about my obstetric history and every pre-existing condition before my appointment. This made the examination go a lot faster. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Dr. Yamashiro has delivered two of my three children. He is wonderful. Very professional, intelligent, listens well, takes his time with you and makes you feel like you are his favorite patient! I wouldn't go to anyone else.
