One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul.

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

I can count on them to work with me until a solution is found for my situation. Other places might give up if they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
