One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I left feeling satisfied with how the visit went. The doctor was helpful and I felt encouraged. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
