I went to check out my snoring and deviated septum. They focused on the snoring so they could frighten me into thinking i needed to do a sleep study. Sleep study place claimed they called my insurance company and it would only cost me $391. so i did it. A month after, I receive a bill from Irving ENT for $270 because they were out of network and they reported my nasal passage exam "surgery"- I pay it. Month after that I receive a bill from the sleep study center - I now owe them $698(???) because the insurance company only paid half (even though I was told otherwise). Then I receive another bill from Irving ENT for $64balance from insurance claim - charged for a doctor to read my sleep study results. I have been to several doctors and specialists over the years and never been quoted a figure and charge 3 times the amount, nor have I ever been charged extra because a doctor read the result of the test they had me do. I feel as if i have been hustled by these two clinics and would never recommend their services.
