It was "UNREAL" experience that i had at Dr. Vanik's office today. My first time there and I got yelled at by a lady named Vicky. Are you serious? What kind of customer service is that. I almost turned around and walked out of there, I have not never met a staff so rude and unprofessional. I complained to the nurse and Dr. Vanik during my visit. The nurse said she worked for Dr. Vanik for 17 years and that is why she thinks she is somebody now. Unbelievable.

Dr. Vanik was professional and friendly but I would't recommend anyone to this rude office. Nobody should be disrespectful like that.

I was totally unsatisfied with my experience at this office. Beware, as they do more harm than good! I wasn't worried at all about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. It always helps to go to someone that is friendly and welcoming.
