Does this provider remember you by name?
No, and they don't make an effort to even try
Did this provider thoroughly explain your procedure and the recovery process?
They explained the procedure, but not the recovery process
Was this provider's office too cold?
No, it was fine
Were you informed about the company's policies for the cost of a second procedure if something were to go wrong?
No, I was very nervous that I would have to pay for a second procedure if something went wrong
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.
