and doing very well.
Trying to contact his office, @ 817 877 1288. Operator
said this number doesn’t work! Is there another?

I thought he was great and did great work. He was very attentive and considerate. Called me at home (personally) the night before the operation. I found him very caring and thoughtful.

He was the worst Doctor I ever have encountered. No bedside manner, left me exposed, with an infection, stones and in tears. Just an all round jerk!

If I cold give zero stars for Dr. Worsham I would. I am honestly surprised that he has not had his medical license revoked by now considering the fact that his negligence almost killed me. I have had numerous kidney stones and kidney infections and when my old urologist retired I started to see Dr. Worsham. I knew something was wrong but I had to basically beg him to do any lab tests on me. After the tests he said he would call if there was any problem, but he never did. I called several times as I got sicker and he personally reassured me that he had read my lab results and I was fine. I wasn't fine, I ended up in the emergency room with an infection and a septic kidney (hydronephrosis). It was the same hospital (UTMB) that his clinic was in so they were able to access my records and it turned out that the lab results had come in almost a week earlier and I should have been immediately notified and hospitalized. This was NOT due to a nurses negligence, it turned out he had never actually read the results at all. I notified his superiors and he ended up getting in a lot of trouble (but apparently wasn't fired). Also his attitude about the whole thing was infuriating. He was obviously told by his superiors that he had to apologize but when he came in to apologize he said, "well I guess I'm sorry but these things happen you see" then proceeded to tell me how wrong it was of me to "tell on him". He tried to make it seem like his blatently lying to me about my lab results and concerns was normal, and that even though I literally almost died it was wrong to tell his boss...
I have met 2 other people who have had problems with Dr. Worsham so I know his negligence was not just a one time thing. To anyone considering him as a urologist I STRONGLY suggest you choose someone else. The UTMB urology clinic itself is wonderful and I am now seeing a urologist named Dr Orihuela, who is not only brilliant but friendly as well.
If you value your health at all DO NOT make Dr. Worsham your new urologist!
