They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

Staff is inconsiderate and not very efficient. I got x-rays for my daughter and was told that they didn't have the doctor in so no one was there to read them. I was sent back to my doctor in another town, to have them read the x-rays, only to be sent to an orthopedic dr...who had to take more x-rays do to the lack of quality in the x-rays.

Then to find out that I was supposed to take the originals to the orthopedic doctor. I was not informed of that and due to the lack of coverage that I have with my insurance company am now out $170 for x-rays that couldn't be used.

I would not recommend this office to anyone. I feel that I have been cheated due to the lack of sensitivity and incompetence of the staff at this location.
