Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations?
All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Yes, in fact they had two separate rooms!

All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important.
