Excellent clinic. My 3 children have been going to Dr Miranda since birth oldest is 18. Never had a problem with him or his staff. Will encourage my kids to take their kids as well.

Dr. Miranda is very good, but his partners are just ok. You have to be there a hour before they close or you will get denied treatment. Ive even called to let them know im on my way and if i get there a little after the hour before they close they will not see my children until i argue with them. Im not a doctor but sometimes i think my kids illnesses are misdiagnosed, i mean i live with them and see thier symptoms and can determine the diff between just a cold and something a little more serious. Once my 1 yr old had a boil in her private area and EVERYBODY knows you do not squeeze a boil until it drains on its own because the infection can be spread through the blood and one of MIrandas other Dr. there squeezed it to sttempt to pop it. Later that night my I had to take my daughter into the ER with very high fever and she ended up going into surgery the next morning to get the boil lacerated. I think had she left it alone and gave her antibiotics and an ointment it wouldve drained on it own.(just my opinion, since other family member have also had the same thing)

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. Wanted to do lots of tests including xrays before even looking at my child. Billing always adds additional $4 insurance change charge which gets flagged by benefit card and is a pain to fix. I get the feeling it is about cycling through as many as possible without really taking the time to care.
