Definitely. They ridiculed me when I asked for additional details

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Throughout the years I've had the pleasure of experiencing 10 different pediatricians in 3 different states - this is by far, the WORST I've ever been to. The waiting room is one big room, with sick and well kids right next to each other; there are no toys, books or magazines to keep people occupied; and you can expect to wait at least an hour for your scheduled appointment.

Once you get in the exam room and wait even longer to see the Dr, you'll notice the stains on the wall and the dirty floors throughout the rooms. Disgusting! Then, like icing on the cake, after my child's scheduled exam, the Dr called me to say they'd accidently given the wrong vaccination to my child! How does this even happen? If I can save any child from experiencing the torture my kids went through, I'll feel like my time writing this was worthwhile.

For what it's worth, my kids were never seen by Dr. Jahnke herself, only by other Doctors and Nurses in her practice, but she should be aware of the shoddy medical care her coworkers are providing.
