I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They paid very close attention to me the entire time I was there and all of my questions were answered.
