They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
