I've been looking for an orthopedic surgeon that put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important and I think I found it. They are warm, friendly, and one of the most welcoming offices I've visited. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

Tom Diliberti is a wondeful doctor. He fixed my trigger finger. Did a great job. I found him very knowledgable and kind.
His staff was efficient and informative.

They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule.
