I don't have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had what I needed. I felt comfortable and secure in their care. The equipment was safe, well taken care of, and appeared to be pretty sophisticated. The restrooms at this provider's office were very clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.
