Great doctors but extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Crystal Smith is no office manager but a bully with a title and fake confidence whom doesn't listen to what paying customers have to say.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they don't take personal calls during my appointment. I really felt comfortable and secure in their care. The equipment was safe and well taken care of and appeared to be pretty sophisticated.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
