Worst experience I have gone through being a father to be. After asking a question about the ultrasound the nurse walked out of the room and I over heard her tell another nurse,"What a dumb question".
When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

Her staff was ok, they were not overly friendly but they were not rude either. Her office was easy enough to find. She was horrible though. She talked to me as though I was an idiot. Would not listen to what I was trying to tell her. Dismissed my concerns without discussion. Acted as though every other doctor I have seen was stupid. Did not do a thorough exam based on what I was there for but did a rectal exam without warning or discussion.

I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
