They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
