They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

I WAS a LOYAL patient of Dr.Abbas for 10 yrs. he delivered both of my children. Last year my husband lost his job, I was now to sole provider of my family. Now, I have insurance but hadn't met my deductible. I had to have a colposcopy and didn't have the money to pay for it. I called the office and explained my situation, I asked if I could make payment arrangements, they said NO! Needless to say I was devastated. When I didn't have insurance I paid out of pocket for my services. I bought his office staff lunch, just because. And this is the thanks I get! So, this is how you treat your established patients. It's been over 5 months since this incident occurred and I have not received a phone call or any other written correspondence. He's a good Dr.;however, don't get into a financial hardship! FYI I am soo loving my new OBGYN now!

Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.
