My daughters are patients of doctor Jacobs...in office everything is great ...but trying to get a response to a concern is never received in a timely manner,...my daughter will be a first time parent and it seems like our concerns or not important outside of the office...called at 9am on a couple occasions and at 3pm had to call office back to see why I haven receive a response in a timely manner.

I really liked Dr Jacob. She was very attentive & thorough & thoughtful. She really listened to my issues and had a great bedside manner, putting me right at ease. The office staff was fine, although not overly friendly, but very efficient.

She was so comfortable to speak with. I immediately felt a connection with her. I usually hate going to the OBGYN but she was great. very gentle and friendly. She answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel stupid. She really took her time in speaking with me and getting to know me. I would highly recommend her.
